Rosalia
Rosalia Vila known as Rosalia is a Spanish flamenco and pop singer. When she was a teenager she sang with traditional as well as popular music. But, her music interests have widened to include soul, hip-hop and hip-hop. Her voice is said by no less talented than Flamenco guitar player Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp, but with a bite like the old ones. El Mal Querer was her big commercial and critical hit in 2018. Following the release of Los Angeles garnered her attention as well as a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist and it was a top hit on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums and she won the Grammy. The hit single La Fama featuring the Weeknd was released in 2021. Motomami was a collaboration with numerous artists such as Cory Henry, James Blake and many others. The album was released in 2022 because of a Saturday Night Live appearance by the singer Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was first Spanish singer who performed as a solo performer on the show. Motomami Rosala as well as winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award two times, was the first woman ever to receive both awards.
